• A deposit may be required for certain services, which will be detailed in your service agreement.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, which may be up to 50% of the service cost.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, emergencies, or staff availability.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any issues promptly. We will not refund any payment, but in case of any concerns we will send the team back to make things right. 

6. Liability

• Enjoy House Cleaning is insured and bonded. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or for items that are fragile or prone to damage if not notified in advance.

• We take great care in handling your property, but in the unlikely event of damage, our teams will report our office immediately with a picture and videos. In that case our office staff will contact you to discuss a resolution. 

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website at any time without notice for conduct that violates these terms.
