Refund Policy

At Enjoy House Cleaning, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for cleaning services are non-refundable. This applies to all services, including one-time cleanings, recurring cleanings, and any other specialized cleaning services we offer.

2. Service Satisfaction

While we do not provide refunds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer a re-clean or other solutions at our discretion to ensure you are happy with the results.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, but you will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Exceptions

In the rare event that we are unable to provide the service as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will work with you to reschedule the service at no additional cost. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where rescheduling is not possible.
